His images have appeared in five solo exhibits, he has authored three books, and several of his articles and photographs have appeared in magazines, newspapers, and digital platforms. For decades, he has captured and preserved the celebrations, success stories, cultural events, and diverse worship traditions of African peoples in the US and Caribbean. He has been the photographer for the Schomburg Center For Research in Black Culture, Congressional Black Caucus Conventions, A Better Chance, and New York NAACP. His work encompasses an extensive representation of faith communities from the thousands attending the National Baptist Convention to ordinations at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral to secret Kumina ceremonies in the hills of Jamaica to Rastafarian gatherings in Kingston, Jamaica, to Sunday services at The Abyssinian Baptist Church.
